Founded May 13, 1920, ZBPW is one of the oldest Locals in BPW/Ohio. Our Focus: Scholarships to further the educational opportunities for local women and girls (Elliott Educational Endowment Fund Scholarships and Buckeye Girls State); professional & personal development for women in our community (BPW Individual Development & Young Careerist programs); Support victims of domestic violence and rape (Anchors For Justice and Transitions); Pay equality for all women (Equal Pay Day); and support women in our armed services and those returning home to re-enter the workforce (Closing Ranks, Opening Doors, and Women’s VA Program ). ZBPW has also donated to CASS MIND Academy, Carr Cake Auction, Girl Scouts, and STARS Institute, just to name a few. Membership is open to women and men, employed and unemployed.
